Improvements required to meet standards for the category of 'Are Services Safe':

Conduct an Infection Control Audit - this has been arranged with Gloucester Hospitals team.

"They had failed to ensure robust procedures were in place for checking and maintaining emergency equipment and medicines" - related to the date of a needle in the emergency box.  A new check sheet has been included to monitor dates of the equipment as well as the medication in the box.  All equipment in date.

***Subsequent to the above findings, we are pleased to announce that the practice has completed the appropriate rectifying actions and has now been deemed as graded Good in all areas of the inspection following further checks by CQC.***
